Welcome
My name is Sneha, the founder of A Moment Within, an Energy Healing practice. I am an accredited energy healer, qualified with the School of Intuition and Healing and a member of the British Alliance of Healing Associations. I also hold a Diploma in Human Anatomy and Physiology which compliments the work I do.
I have always been drawn to the energetic world that works in harmony with our physical existence. After working in the corporate world for numerous years, I began practicing meditation regularly to improve my physical and emotional wellbeing. I believe this led me to experience an expanded form of consciousness and brought me to the divine world of energy healing. It is now my passion to help all individuals become the best version of themselves through energy healing.
The energy healing treatments I offer are specifically tailored to the needs of each client. This means every client receives what is required for their highest good and suitably aligned for their mind, body and soul.
Offerings
I work by attuning to source/universal energy and allow the energy to work through me to provide the best possible healing outcomes for my clients. This may involve clearing blockages in the psychical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, balancing energy in the key chakras, working with the meridian lines, cord cutting, ancestral healing and more. Individual client needs at the time of healing will determine the type of energy work undertaken, therefore all sessions are very unique.
Healing in Person
The session will start with a brief chat to discuss the reasons for healing and to set an intention for the session.
We will then move onto the healing where you can choose to be seated or lying down. Energy healing is provided through a combination of hands-off and gentle hands-on touch. Permission for any hands-on touch will be sought each time and if preferred, hands-off healing can be requested. Clients will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.

Single Session Fees
60 mins : £122
Package Fees
60 mins : 6 sessions: £700, 10 sessions: £1200
Distance Healing
The session will be held via Video or Phone call, preferences can be agreed upon booking. Similar to healing in person, the session will start with a brief chat to discuss the reasons for healing and to set an intention for the session.
We will then disconnect the call and I will provide the healing remotely through connecting with your energy and working on areas that require attention through focused intention and visualisation.

Energy healing is a complementary therapy, available to work alongside or in combination with traditional medical practices and the medical profession

Healing in Person will take place in London, UK and the address will be provided upon booking confirmation. Covid secure protocols will be in place at the practice and further information will also be provided upon booking

Payments for healing sessions must be made through online transfer upon booking the session. 48 hours notice must be provided for all cancellations to qualify for a full refund
